I have stucco walls and ceiling in my bedroom, and would love to change it. I just don't like it. Is there a way to get rid of it, without tearing down all the walls lol?

Stucco is cement based, I'm just guessing here, but I'd bet that your walls are either plaster over some kind of lath or else their drywall, with a stucco like texture finish.
