I'm building 2 little knee walls where there are going to be round columns on top of it, to separate two rooms. I want to install granite on top of the wall and then place the column on top of the granite. I only need a peice thats about 28" by 21". any idea where to get it and what it'll cost??

Thanks,

Matt

Depnds on what you want you can spend anywhere from 10$ to 100$ or more.

You just need to look around to see what is available and what you like it's too hard to say what you may end up spending:cool:

You might try a well equipped monument shop (yeah where they make headstones)

Had a need for limestone and found it at a place like that.

More conventionally you might try a place that carries stone for countertops.

You might also find a solid surface material that you like.

At either of these kinds of places they will cut to your measurements and finish the edges for you.

Thanks guys! I was told the same thing the other day, to check the mounument place??? I just laughed at them. Guess I'm going to go there and go from there.

Thanks again for responding!!
