My neighbor has a raised bed along the south stretch of our block wall with a few plants in it. Now being that he only has had it there for about 5 mos, there is that ugly calcium (white crust) coming through my side of the wall about ground level to about 2 feet up. Now before he put in that bed, I did treat the wall with Behr Plus 10 Flat Acrylic Latex masonary paint (I hand rolled it on thick) that supposed to be water repellant and Alkali resistant. Now im guessing that the blocks just soaked up alot more that I thought of paint.

Ideas?

Whats a good product to clean this stuff off the wall?

Should I just apply more of the Behr paint or use something different?
