I have cracked and stained drywall in several rooms. Possible water damage. How do I fix the leaks and walls?

You have to figure out where the water is comming from first and fix that. It's either a leaky roof or leaky pipe. Good luck.

If it's in several rooms, my bet would be on a leaky roof. Good place to start the process of looking for the culprit causing the leaks. Unless it's a multiple story dwelling, or the damage is in a basement lid, odds are good this isn't a leaky pipe, but who knows without more info.
