I purchased a dining room table in High Point last week that has some deep scratches on the table top and also on the leaves. The table is a Hickory White table and has a veneer finish. This also has a polyurethane or polyethylene finish. What is the best way to go about restoring this? It does not have to look perfect, but I would like the scratches to be as unnoticeable as possible.
