ok started out with five gallons. mixing them all toghter to have continuity in the color. painted the rooms which were in a basement i finished using b.m for primer and color. had to do some touch-ups and noticed i was a shade lighter. what did i do wrong?

I assume b.m. is Benjamin Moore, what exact product was it? Regal matte, Aquaglo, Super Spec flat etc.

And how long between finishing and t/u?
