i have a carport whick i painted with a 2 pack workshop grey
color paint . when i painted i did not seal it .
after about two weeks i noticed a bubble when i had a close look at it and lightly scraped it i noticed some white powderey
stuff coming from within the concrete.in a few years the whole
area about 6 cars size is full of this stuff which has ruined the paint
i now am in the process of trying to remove this paint whick is very stubborn
i have used strippers and hot air guns but it does not help
scraping is very slow and hard work
does any one know any stuff i could use
any help will be appreciated

You might have to look into sandblasting it.
