I am having problems with my Leviton Toscana which is about one year old but has been installed for about 9 months. I also have installed the Leviton coupler/repeater. Here are my symptoms.

I did some troubleshooting. In addition to the Toscana, I have a number of in the wall transmitters as well as a hand-held transmitter. Whenever I transmit a signal from ANY transmitter except the Toscana, the scheduled device operates and the green light on the coupler/repeater flashes indicating it received and is retransmitting the X10 signal.

However, when I transmit from the Toscana, the ONLY signals that work are those for devices on the same circuit as the Toscana. No other devices work, AND the green light on the coupler repeater indicates no activity.

The only other devices on the Toscana's circuit are several lights, and again, these are the only devices I can get the Toscana to control.

It seems that the Toscana's signal is not strong enough to even make it back to the service panel. It worked pretty well up till now, and I have added nothing new to that circuit to such away the signal strength.

Any insight is appreciated.
