Can you give me any insight into starting some sycamore seeds. i collected them recently, they spent the winter on the tree. I live in Ontario

Here is a note I found on planting Sycamore seeds:
Sow 1/4 inch deep 8 inches apart. Transplant spring or fall as desired. Sawdust, pine needs, oat or rice straw make an excellent mulch.
