Hey,
As noted, I have asbestos shingles on my house. They seem to be in pretty good shape, so I plan on leaving them in place. They are painted and I am wondering how I can clean them them? Just hit it with the power washer? Use some special kind of detergent? Any advise would be appreciated!

If they aren't real dirty, a good powerwashing would be fine. If you prefer a detergent of some sort, use a mix of water and TSP, or water and Dirtex. Both of these are available at most paint stores.
