Has anyone ever insulated a garage door. Our house is only 7 months old, but would like to try and put some insulation on the garage door?

Cut and glue the polystyrene boards like on it Home depot and lowes has it . Be sure and also get the right glue for the job ED;)

Thanks. Haven't been on in a while. If the insulation seems to be in there pretty good think I still have to glue them?
