I have a wood floor that has lost it shine. It has a urathan finish now. My question is can I put a water base finish over a oil base? Can I do a lite sand and put 2 coats of oil or water base finish on the floor. Thanks Bob

You can use water base over oil.Make sure you screen(60grit) really good before the first coat and screen between each coat!!
