Our home is 16 years old. We have asphalt shingles. Last Fall I noticed some moss developing on our roof in an area that doesn't get much sun. It has reappeared. Could it be dryrot? Could I have damage under the shingles?
Also, we have developed an odor in our house that we thought may be a dead mouse or squirrel. Maybe we have a unseen leak causing the odor.
We are putting our home on the market and I'm sure inspections will tell the tale, but I would like to get them repaired if possible. Thanks for any suggestions.

Homedepot and lowes both have things for this. also clorox has a cleaner out for it also . Here I use the pool chlorine with a ortho dial spray set for 8 oz. The pool chlorine is 10% as the other is only 5%. For the smell that you have to look around. have you been up in the attic to look. Do you have enough vents in the attic or do you have the moisture freezing up there and dripping down on the insulation ?;) ED

I'm going to the attic tonight. Thanks. I'll check at Home Depot or Lowes.
