Adding a master bathroom. Anyone here ever place a double sink under a window? In this situation, this is the ideal spot pipe & aesthetic-wise. I've only seen it in a picture once before - somewhere on the web. It is a a little different concept - altho done in kitchens often. Trees & blue skies would be the view instead of yourself in a mirror- but mirrors wld be to the left & right of you. 3 inch marble splash board just under the windows - 36 inch tall windows which will be directly above that.
Step ladder will allow cleaning of windows.

Hello & welcome to the forums. Can't say I've ever seen that done before, but sounds ok, as long as, you're not going to have someone building a 2 or 3 story house out there & spoil the view.
