I recently saw a wall covered with brown paper bags. It was painted with a beautiful color and around the edges where they had torn the paper sacks, it was painted another color. Does anyone have any idea how this is done? I saw a glimpse of it being done on TV, but missed most of the episode. The wall I saw looked like leather. Any ideas would be most helpful.
