Hello & welcome to the forums. Can you please turn off your CAPS lock,

Not entirely sure what you're trying to do, but as a general rule of thumb, surfaces should always be clean & dry prior to applying sealants, caulk, whatever. Best advice, always read & foolow package directions for these products.
