Hello all. I hope all is well. Okay here is my question, opinions needed here. I have just torn down the basement in our recently purchased home. Remember the old oak panelling, that has been removed and the framing has started. What we are going to do is, in the family area of the basement we will be doing a raised floor, to get the step look and installing railings to separate the family area from the bar and pool area. I will be doing all the wiring for the Home Automation. Here is my question. What would be better, running all the wiring thru the ceiling, the walls or under the raised floor. I would like to go under the raised floor because all of the wire and RCA jacks will be flush mounted with the floor. I don't want to see wires. The raised floor will be built with all green treated wood and it will be sealed, just incase of a flood. Any opinions on the wiring would be great.

Thanks
Andy
