I have just moved into a new home, am young, and am living on a college budget. My room is totally white and i only have two or three boring pictures to hang up. I wanted to make my room cool, ya know? I was looking for ideas. With lots of color and maybe some pictures of friends and such? but I don't want it to be tacky...just cool. any suggestions?

Here is what I invisioned when reading your message. Paint one wall your accent color, the one you want to stand out the most. You can find mismatched paint for little to no money from HomeDepot. Get some different color frames from a thrift store, you can stain them or paint them. Have you seen photos hung with decorative tape?
