Accessories - Housewares - Finishing Touches - Fabric Covered Pull Down Blinds

We purchased a bedding set over the weekend and I want to make fabric covered pull down blinds since no window coverings to match are available. I have a poly/cotton fabric selected that accents one of the comforter's colors (actually a coordinating flat bed sheet). I remember seeing on a craft show before about using vinyl bonding (perhaps Heat and Bond) to attach fabric to vinyl pull down blinds. Has anyone ever attempted this before? Go to your nearest fabric store and/or home decorating fabric outlet. They not only have the directions, they have absolutely everything you need and the blinds turn out gorgeous!
