Is a foil backed fiberglass insulation still available? I have been checking local stores and on the web and it appears the only promo is a paper backed insulation. I am looking for a width of about 15" inches wide and 4" thick.

If anyone knows and knows the manufacturer the information would be appreciated.

If you'll run a google search for foil backed fiberglass insulation, I think you'll find alot of other sites that may interest you.

We just had a shipment of foil backed insulation come in.... either Johns Manville or Knauf...... not sure which.

The answer is yes, it's still out there......

You can still get it just have to look for it. Could be ask for 15" and 3 1/2" with R13 .Dont recall if you get more R for it as R/B or not. Just see what they have . we use the paper backed and a 4 mil poly over the paper , room side.;) ED
