If I have blown in insulation in my attic already can I add rolled insulation on top to get the desired thickness. I have 4 inches of blown in and am planning to add 6 inches of rolled.

Yes but dont use any that has paper on it or a V/B on it. Put the new batts over it across the rafters. ED;)
