Have those ugly commercial mirrors in my bathroom. They are on with mastik so I don't want to wreck the wall trying to remove them. Any ideas on framing them with wood?

If they are wall to wall then any framing will be reflected in the mirror. If they are wall to wall they are coming back into fashion.

Can I just cut wood so it lays flat on mirror and then glue? Didn't quite understand what you meant by reflecting.

You can cut boards to fit around the mirrors. For a neater look, I run a rabbet so the edge of the board overlaps the edge of the mirror. If you do this, paint the rabbet black or you'll see its reflection at the edges of the mirror.

I will show your answer about the rabbet to my carpenter friend so he can explain to me. Maybe I can even get him to do it!

What do you do about the strip of steel at the bottom of the mirror so the mirror sits flush?

Boudre said they were attached with mastic, so I assumed there was no strip. If there is a strip, the rabbet may need to be cut differently for clearance.
It might also be possible to slip the trim off (the mastic should hold the mirror in place) and install the wood trim. Finishing nails (driven into studs) in the bottom piece will carry the weight.

I asked the carpenter that worked on the house and he said they were on with mastik. The house will be a year old in July so I don't know how much damager would be done if the mirror fell off the wall. Hate those mirrors. Next time I'll remember to tell them not to bother putting them up.
