Hi
we have put red brown alder laminate floors in our L-shaped livingroom and diningroom. My sofa & couch & arm chair & ottoman are a dark grey blue color. My walls are a medium beige color. My tv stand & audio stand is black. My piano and diningroom suite is a medium dark brown. Collection of stuff over the years! Question is I would like to make some throw cushions and maybe dininging room chair seats matching. What color would look good. I do not have any decorating flair. Please help. Thanks in advance.

so all you're working with are beige walls and solid blue/gray upholstered furniture? i'd recommend you find a fabric with a pattern of some kind (floral, paisley, plaid, whatever you like) that has the both the gray/blue color and the beige color in it, plus some other colors. you might even find a group of coordinating fabrics and be able to use another one for a window treatment.
also, consider an area rug or two, to pull all the colors together & warm up your wood floors. maybe one under your dining room table and one in front of your sofa.
