OK - I have reupholstered dining room chairs before - but this time the padding needs to be replaced or at least more padding put in. Any place I can go for instructions?

Check your local library for upholstery and decorating books that provide you with pictures and instructions. Some fabric shops have 'how to' books available. You might also find the following link helpful. You will have to cut and paste the address.
