I am planning on installing a new tub and surround in my rental. I am looking at the two piece which is 60x30. My bathroom is 62 inches and the wall has been built up to accomidate the 6o inch tub. My math says the diagonial of the tup will be 67 inches. So I will bring the tub in length wise and the turn it lifting one end up then sliding it in place. Then do the same with the surround. Do you think I can get them in?

Mike,
My fear Mike is that it will be tight, What is the brand you are looking at? What model? What is the size of your bathroom door? These seem more important that the 67" diagonal.
I would be concerned with the 2 PC and would suggest a 3 or 4 pc but I need more info and you need to be sure that the width is ok.
Hope this gives more thought to what you are doing.

Thanks Doug. I will find the make I am looking at, measure the door and look at the 3 or 4 piece. Kinda scarey to buy one snd then not beable to fit in. I could get just the tob and tile the walls. If it was my own home that's what I would do.
