We heard on diy, Matt & Sheri, that they starched material to the wall and then y9u can remove it, wash it, and restarch it back to the wall. What solution of starch do they use. Nothing was said about that. She just kept talking about starching the material to the wall. Does anyone know how to starch material to a wall?

Please advise.
