I'm trying to place that compressor. Is it blue and probably sold at Lowes & Home Depot?

Sounds like an asian import. Nothing wrong with that if the price is right, but watch the build quality, especially the paint.

$389? Price IS right. Sorry, can't give you a review of one, but I've found over the years that the tanks on imported compressors rust up quickly. Other than that, they worked just fine for me.

I may have the same compressor. Different name on it, but they probably come from the same factory in China. So far mine has lasted almost 4 years. It has received intermittant hard use. Just keep oil in it and regularly drain the water from the tank.
