I have just purchased bi fold mirror doors. My closet opening is 47" and the procuct I purchased is 48" (2x24"). Opening is a wall on the left side and a double stud on the right side. Can you please give me some guidance on how these can be installed. Any help would be appriciated,

Read the instructions and see what they say about the width of the opening needed. If indeed you need the full 48", you can get it.
