I have several interior doors in my house that won't stay open. I have to use a door stop to hold it open. If I take the stop out it closes about half way. I'm guessing the door is out of plumb but which way and how do I fix?

The "easy" ways are things like bending one of the hinge pins slightly, giving one of the hinges a sharp rap with a hammer, or removing the screws from the lower hinge leaf that is in the door jamb and slipping 2 or 3 business cards behind it, then reinstalling the screws -- things will put the hinge in a slight bind, creating friction.
The "correct" way would be to remove the casings and reshim the door. You'ld need to add a little shim to the lower end of the hinge side jamb, and take a little shim out of the lower latch side so the door would still fit properly in the jamb when it's closed.
If it were me, I'ld start with some business cards!!
