Hello everyone I'm new here and need some help from the pro's. I want to install an alarm in my garage nothing fancy something w 4 zones. 1 zone for the window, 1 for the door, 1 for the garage door and 1 incase I want to add a motion detector. I was thinking something with like a horn outside to alert everyone and maybe a simple key switch to turn it on or off. Unless a keypad is better? I'm looking for something simple and not wireless thanks in advance for your help.

Take a look at the Caddx NX-4 or the DSC 550 or 580 (I think the 550 has been discontinued.) You may be able to find a good deal on one on Ebay. If you buy new, expect to pay about $100.
