Is there a product that I can use to fill the screw holes in a door frame where the hinge attaches. I need something to fill the holes so that the screws can grab onto something. My threads are stripped (not on the screws but in holes in the wood), and I am trying to avoid reframing the door. Thanks!

Fill the holes with wooden match sticks. go ahead and hammer them in a ways.
Next, it's best to go out and buy some screws which are at least a 1/2 inch longer. Take an old one with you to match the heads.

In addition to what Fewalt said ifyou can get the hingee side casing off without damage wedge a block of wood between the inside of the frame and the stud for more grabbing power. Just thick enough to slide in with minimal friction as not to bulge the frame. if a couple of the screws are long enough to go through that and into the stud you should be all set.
