have an old modular home that i am gonna fix up and rent out..needs all the help i can give it. i need to do something around the house to give it some scenery.what kind of flower bads do you recomend?

I am not sure exactly what flourishes in your area, but I would tend toward evergreen, low maintenance, seasonally blooming plants, such as: azaleas, camellias, hollies, juniper, cypress, hawthorne, and some accent grass such as fountain grass.
