Hi.
We have about 20 of these awning windows, the ones that have the hand crank to open and close.
How can you get these to close tight??
The crank gets tight but the window does not fully close all the way. I have many windows like this.
There is no money for new windows so Im stuck with these.
Any help out there?

Guess you better decide how you want to spend your money -- you can install new windows (20 windows at $300 each), or just keep giving your local utility the $300 to $500 per mo. to try keeping these rooms warm or cool.
