We are purchasing a 1930's home with no air conditioning and radiator heat. We are considering converting from radiator to forced air heat and would like to know more about the efficiency of one heating system over the other. Is it worth the investment to convert the heating system? Duct work will need to be installed for an AC system anyway; but what are the (dis)advantages of radiator v. gas heat?

I did a house In Lewes Delaware, that has Rads and installed A/C with the register right in front of the Rads... System works very well....you cannt beat the hot water heat
