Let's go DIY'ers Ask more questions and don't be afraid if you think it's a dumb questions, because the only dumb question is the one not asked.

I personally specialize in the manufacturing of High-End Custom Furniture/Cabinetry with a minor in Refinishing. I've been in this trade for the past 15 years and now 4 years as a business owner. I have knowledge in laminates, plywood veneers and solid woodworking. I only do the Custom Furniture/Cabinetry full time. The refinishing is secondary and have a good backround of what's involved, since I work closely with a refinishing company. "Good friends of mine"

Doug the moderator of Kitchens is a great person to ask technical questions upon designing or remodeling your home. He knows the ins and outs of the whole process from the begining design to the end result of moving in. He can answer any design elements and codes to doing all sorts of remodel projects.

So keep the questions coming people, because I'm starting to blow off the dust on my keyboard from not going on DIY that much. :D

I'd like to see other professionals who respond to this forum tell us about your backround and knowledge of the trade so people may better direct their questions.

Thanks for your time and keep those questions coming.
