I just purchased an already built steel and wood Morgan shed. It came and according to the warranty and product information that all the lumber used has a 40 year pressurized wood guarantee. My question is should I go ahead and seal the floor or is it being pressurized enough to hold up for years of performance? Any advice would be greatful! Oh, someone had suggested to me to just put vinyl tile down over it, and I didn't know if that was worthwhile either.

Actually, you can't seal the floor - unless you can get to and seal the underside and all wood edges.

Now, to just protesct the floor surface it a bit, some cheap 1/4 luan ply could be put down.
