Ah, nail gun questions. I am looking for a framing nailer and would like some input regarding pros and cons on different brands. I have been leaning towards either Bostich or Paslode and want one that shoots round head nails. Suggestions?

I don't build houses so I couldn't tell you the best one to use, but I've always used Senco guns for the past 15 years or so and I love em. All I have in my shop now is Senco. I do have a finish nailer, but I never use it. I thinik I've used it maybe 2 times in the past 3 years of having it. I use my Senco brad nailer whenever I can. I hate using nails on anything, but sometimes you can't avoid it.

I have a Porter Cable framing nailer and finish nailer. I am happy with both.

I also have a Porter Cable framing, 15ga finish & 2" brad nailers.
I like all of them.
I really can't see anything bad with PC, Bostich, DeWalt, Senco, Paslode or Hitachi. I come across all of them on jobsites.
I can say the Hitachi's are very heavy duty and anyone who has one loves it and has had it for years. I also see alot of Paslode Impulse guns. Guys like the untetheredness(is that a word?) of them.
And of course I see Bostich all the time.
DeWalt seems to be the new kid on the block but they do have nice features.
