I have a 1904 townhouse with its original cast-iron, hot water radiators.

One of the radiators, two floors above the boiler, is not producing any heat. The water rises through the riser to about 4 feet shy of the radiator. The valve is wide open.

Any ideas on diagnosis and repair?

check your pressure gauge on boiler.... it should be aprox 12 psi cold...sounds like the Fill valve is not working..
