I'm not sure if this is normal but I have a one year old anderson slider and the floor(wood) next to it is really cold and the track has frost on the inside. We replaced it to maintain a good effency but i think this is not right. i paid some one to put it in could they have done better???

Call the installer back to check it out.
Andersens are excellent doors, and you should not be having that problem.
