my six year old daughter wants to build a canoe. does anyone have a source for simple to follow plans? prefferably free. thanks.

Um, I'm thinking that a canoe would be a bit more advanced to make for a 6 year old. My next question is, isn't that kind of a safety issue with tools at that age?

Well, I'm sure there are "Free" Plans for many of things.

thanks for the reply. my daughter wont actually be building, she will be helping. i found plans for an easy to build canoe on the web, but was hoping for some other ideas/plans to review. thanks again.
