Hello,
I am in the process of finishing my basement and in one of the rooms I have going to be having a home theatre. My question is where should I place the speakers? The are the Bose Acoustimas 15's and the dimension's of the room are 13'9" by 14". I was wondering about distance from the walls (For all speakers). I was planning on mounting the speakers on the actuall walls but wasn't sure of the placement within the room. Any help would be appreciated.

One guideline I was told was the two front speakers 6 feet either side of the center in front and the rear speakers to the sides of the main viewing area in a plane even with the average viewer's shoulders. The front center and sub-woofer in front center.
