I need a replacement filter element for a furnace fuel filter made by the Commercial Filter Corporation. The filter is model FB6. I've searched the web but I can't find the Company or the filter element. It's 6" high, 2.25"diameter and has a 1" hole in the middle. Any ideas, gang?
Thanks, Alfaman

Have you tried your oil supplier? Any local hvac supply house should carry them. If not maybe you should replace the whole thing with one that is stocked locally.

You could try GF products they make the general oil filter. They also have filter kits that fit a lot of others. Dont know if you have a Sid harvey or a Johnstone supply by you. you can look there.;) ED

Look for Fulflo FB6. Or if you are handy, get a General 1A25A complete filter and change the whole thing. The fittings will match and you would have a filter that is more popular.
