Who wrote the article about storm windows in the web site? I remove them in the spring and put up screen windows. Then in the fall I remove the screen windows and put up the glass storm windows. SO how is it that they are PERMANENT? At least the people writing these things should know that their small corner of the world is not the only world...... My Dad did it like this before most, if not all, of you were born.
