is the return already hooked up? if not, get a filter reack from a supplyhouse, sheetmetal slide and door tha affixes to outside of furnace, duct attaches. what brand was that?

If the C/A duct is in . Why dont you just put filter grills on the returns.;) ED

Hello and Thanks

The c/a return duct is not installed yet, but the furnace is a gibson
model kg6ra045 but the problem there are no local dealers and even the gibson site does not have an order site for theses parts,

the rack would be fine to purchase just need to find a good mail order type distributor.

We now live in a very rural area, not even mail delivery here only donkey express...if you go to the PO

thanks

Why not go with the filter grills. Go to www.Hart&cooley.com
they will give you someone near you that you can order from. I know there is one up in KC missouri

Have a happy new year and dont run the furnace with out a filter. if you have to tape one on the side of the furnace for now. You sure that a filter wont fit inside the blower part of the furnace.
lots of furnaces have it so you can put one in
