Sounds simple but I can't seem to find a site that does. The people at Carrier were clueless, the person mentioned that Carrier is in shutdown mode for the holiday, and she was just an operator.

I want a specific model number, TSTATCCNHP01-B. It's simple, non-programmable w/a filter reminder function.

Called a few hvac people in the yellow pages w/ carrier in their ads, they don't sell them retail on their own.

Any ideas? thanks.

why that model? home depot has one with the functions you are asking for, if set on carrier, a dealer should sell you one
