Problem: I have a 12 hp mower engine that I have rebuilt, need to find out about linkage ajustment between governer and carburetor because I can't ajust between idle and run.:confused:

Is it horizontal or vertical crank? Plus could you give me the model number and I can see if I have something here that I can look up.
Another thing I highly recommend is purchasing the Tecumseh mechanics technical manual for your particular motor. They are very well written and cover all the info you'd need for your motor. I use and rely on my all the time.

Ended up getting a guy to look at the engine cost me $20 , I sorted out part of it but still had a problem with the springs. thought I had a manual here but turns out it was at my olds.
help much appreciated.
