I've got 2 windows in my Family room that are about 15 feet up a wall. I would like to put vertical blinds on them to block the mid-morning sun but have no convient way of opening and closing them without a very long open/close rod. Is there any openers out there that can be attatched to a blind that has a remote for opening and closing them?

Since most verticals rotate with a chain and draw with a cord it should be no problem to have the controls maded as long as you want. Motorized, remote controlled, verticals are available but the cost may not be worth it.
