How long is a piece of string?
The size of pump will be based on
a) the amount of heat the boiler or that you want into the building(s)
b) the resistances to the flow in the circuit from the boiler back to the boiler.
please advise what sort of heat flow you have and the length of pipe, bends, what sort of heat exchangers ie radiators ? etc
and we can probably advise you.
a) will give us an idea of the flow rate and b) will tell us what sort of head the pump will pump against to/at that flow rate.

Appreciate the feedback,
I am currently heating with forced air. The boiler is located next to the old furnace. I placed the hydronic core or heat exchanger in the duck work under the old furnace. The hot water from boiler only has to move 5' to 6 feet into the coil and 5' to 6 feet back to the boiler. There are only 3 to 4 turns each way. Boiler is 100,000 BTU's. The heat exchange is rated 110,000.
Appreciate any help.

You should be OK with the standard Taco 007 pump. It moves plenty of water and will supply your hot water fan coil adequately. Don't forget to put in a flow check to prevent unwanted circulation.
