this engine is on a snowblower John Deere model W2121
I just rebuilt the carburator, change every gasket, new spark plug; the engine runs fine but I want to know how to adjust the side screw and the bottom screw (under the float bowl)
Thanks.

Hello smog!
The screw on the side is the idle mixture screw. Screw it in until it lightly bottoms, then screw it back out 1 1/2 to 2 full turns. Then, start the engine and run it at full throttle. The screw on the bottom of the bowl is the high speed mixture screw. Tighten it until the engine begins to surge or stall, then back it back out while counting the number of turns until the engine begins to sputter and run rough. Divide that number of turns by 2 and tighten it that many turns. This should get it where you want it.
Hope that helps!
