Outdoor Power Equipment and Small Engines - Who makes Snow Chief replacement parts?

Have a 3 hp, 22 in Snow chief with electric start - works fine except it needs a new belt: approximately 30" in diameter, 1/2" width multi grooved rubber belt. I cannot find any reference ot snow chief as a manufacturer, or any parts.
Any ideas?

Try going to a local Napa Auto parts store and see if they can match the belt. They have a good selection of replacement belts for power equipment.
Or your local power equipment shop should be able to get you a replacement.:)

Best bet is to go to NAPA as another suggested.

That said, I believe that the Sno blower you refer to was basically a freebie given to farmers who bought new tractors or combines years back.

However, if you need more info I'd suggest contacting Reed Brothers in Illinois as they have both Lawn Chief and Snow Chief gear or info:

You could try "Dodge Transmission parts a division of Rockwell International. they are located in Greensboro NC. They have a web site with a catalogue listing maybe you can find it there.
There is also a company called "Rotary" which sells after market items.

You never mentioned where you live.

If there are no farm or Ag supply stores in your area try Grainger's or www.graingers.com

I can pretty well guarantee they will have what you need.
